These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ku9p. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the ku9p platform ("the Platform") in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and ku9p ("the Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are effective from the date they are published on the Platform. ku9p reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ku9p, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. ku9p enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
  • You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the Platform.
  • You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold ku9p accounts.
  • You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ku9p or any linked platform, and must not be subject to any cooling-off period imposed by ku9p.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating and maintaining your ku9p account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

ku9p reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility criteria are not met. In cases of age misrepresentation, ku9p may confiscate all winnings and return only the original deposit amount, subject to review.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each person may hold only one active ku9p account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ku9p uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts.

Account Holder Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ku9p account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify ku9p of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • You must keep your login credentials — mobile number, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) — strictly confidential. ku9p will never ask you for your password in a customer support interaction.
  • You must notify ku9p immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.
  • You must not allow any third party to access or use your ku9p account on your behalf. Sharing access to your account with family members or other individuals is prohibited.

Account Verification (KYC)

ku9p may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time as required by internal compliance procedures. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered mobile number. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ku9p supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard for eligible users in Bangladesh. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku9p does not accept payments from third parties — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the ku9p account holder.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method.
  • All deposits must clear before they can be used for betting. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ku9p wallet instantly, subject to network availability.
  • ku9p reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity associated with the payment.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the ku9p account holder. ku9p does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically settled within ten minutes during normal operating hours.
  • ku9p may impose withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Limits are set per transaction and per rolling 24-hour and 30-day periods.
  • ku9p may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

ku9p does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges. ku9p is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ku9p may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

  • Bonuses are only available to users who have completed the account registration process and whose accounts are in good standing. Users with suspended or restricted accounts are not eligible for bonuses.
  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms communicated when the bonus is issued.
  • ku9p reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing bonuses already accepted and in use by eligible players.
  • Bonuses may only be used for the platform products and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between wallet sections or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.
  • ku9p reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a user has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any promotion. This includes but is not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts or in combination with other users.

Promotional offers made to Bangladesh players during cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March) are subject to these same general bonus terms unless a separate, more specific set of terms is communicated at the time of the promotion.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ku9p are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game on which the bet is placed, as well as the following general betting rules. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general rules, the specific game rule shall prevail.

General Betting Conditions

  • All bets are final once confirmed by the system. ku9p will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of clear and demonstrable system error.
  • ku9p reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or restrict access to certain markets at any time, including during live events, if ku9p determines that the integrity of a market may have been compromised or if unusual betting patterns are detected.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. ku9p reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific user accounts without prior notice.

Disputed Bets

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with ku9p customer support within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ku9p's decision on any disputed bet, made following a thorough internal review, shall be final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

ku9p is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended solely for entertainment purposes and must never be treated as a way to generate income, solve financial problems, or recover previous losses. ku9p provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

  • Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but may not be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
  • Self-exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be stopped, and no new account may be opened.
  • Time-out: Users may request a short-term time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out, the account is temporarily suspended and no bets or deposits can be placed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ku9p. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

  • Opening, operating, or being knowingly associated with more than one ku9p account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to other users through normal manual interaction.
  • Engaging in collusion with other users, match-fixing, or any other form of sports or game manipulation intended to produce a predictable outcome for betting purposes.
  • Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform as a conduit for moving funds.
  • Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected Platform error must be reported to ku9p immediately and will not be honoured.

ku9p employs fraud detection technology and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Users suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ku9p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if ku9p determines that: (a) the user has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the user has engaged in prohibited conduct; (c) ku9p is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds (i.e., funds not subject to an ongoing dispute, bonus forfeiture, or fraud investigation) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9p's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. ku9p is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ku9p does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and network disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. ku9p will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore availability as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9p Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ku9p or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of ku9p. Permitted personal, non-commercial use of Platform content does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ku9p collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ku9p implements SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. 13. Changes to These Terms

ku9p reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ku9p will notify registered users via a notice posted on the Platform and, where practicable, via the contact details held on the user's account. The revised Terms will specify an effective date from which they apply.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
